The leading bank in Malaysia, Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank) rolled out an automated, cutting edge re-carding machine that streamlines the process of making an exchange for expired debit cards or issuance of new cards to their customers. We were tasked to develop a clear cut instructional video to showcase the entire process with a users using the machine. The result is a short and precise video that highlights the steps involved for the user to exchange their cards and the machine's USP.
