Datasonic, together with KLIA's Immigration Department, commissioned us to produce a video that illustrates the to-do's as well as the step-by-step process of using the eGate (automated passport verification gate) as users continues to have difficulty with the system. We produced a brief yet visually simple video that guides the users on what to do when using the eGate resulting in an overall reduction in user's complication.
